Easy handling: Simply place the machine on the milling guide, turn it on, press the machine down and slide it from one end of the guide to the other. For the M35 as well as the M42 patch rods the machine is additionally placed on the second track and thus a further parallel groove is milled without moving the milling guide. Through this you can choose from two different patch-width with only one cutter. |

With a additional anti-slip-plate the machine can be used for normal wood patches as well (max. M24) |

A specially designed egde-milling guide is also available. With this system, only available from Holz Wieser, you can repair surface and edge damages with one machine and one cutter, simply by changing the milling guide. No separate machines or expensive edge-patches are needed. |

As a starting pack we suggest a normal milling guide and for the wood patches an anti-slip-plate
Normal milling guide - for patch rods G2, M20, M35, M24, M42 (without G4), max. length 500mm
Normal milling guide - G4 - for patch rods G4, max. length 500mm
Edge milling guide - for edge repairs with patch rods M20, M35, M24, M42, max. length 500mm
Short milling guide - for patch rods M20, M35, M24, M42. Especially designed for short patches M35, M42
Anti-slip-plate - simply clip it to the base of the milling machine. With this you can use normal wood patches with a width of max. 24mm without the use of a milling guide.

Milling machine - Type HG24F-1100 - (Face and rabbet milling)
|

With the same characteristics as the HG24-1010, with a second movable slot on the front plate.
Through this the machine can be perfectly used to remove damages in window- and door-rabbets.
The milling cutter can be positioned eg. in the window-rabbet. When the machine is pushed down the window on the front plate moves up and after milling automatically returns to its normal position.

The maschine is simply pushed over the inserted wood-patch. The tunnel on the XL-plane sole ensures an automatic feed of the planer.
With the additional handle the machine can easily be used on the top and the side of the workpiece. |
