Patch rods are mainly used to repair long damages (mechanical damages or e.g. resin galls) on wooden surfaces or edges. The width of the damage can be from 8 to 42mm.
It is used with a milling cutter and a milling machine with milling guide.
The size M42 is mainly used in the glued laminated timber industry. With a milling machine and the
milling guide, part of a beam of the laminated timber is milled and replaced with the appropriate patch
rod. The big advantage of this patch rod over the products of our competitors is the height of the patch rod.
Through this the patch rod can easily be planned or further processed without any problems.
