Patch rods   Wooden edges are often damaged when transporting your goods or when they are handled in your workshop. With our system you can repair the edges on the finished product without much work. We offer two different solutions for the professional repair of edge-damages . The first option ist the usage of normal Patch rods. These can be inserted with the normal RF-Milling machine. The height of these patches is 11 to 12mm. If the edge damage is larger our second system comes into effect: Through the patented geometry our Edge patches and Edge-patch rods have a height of 20mm and a width of 24mm. To insert this patch a Edge-milling machine K24-1400 is used. The unique form of the patch in combination with a special cutter design leads to an exact and perfect repair solution. Because the machine is placed on the work-piece and does not have to be pushed diagonally onto the edge of the work-piece, an easy and comfortable usage is guaranteed. The combined advantage of a leight but powerful machine and the on-top usage on the work-piece leads to a perfect repair. Heavy und bulgy machines that have to be pushed on the work-piece over edge are no longer needed. Our patch rods are available in the standard-length K24 (76mm), K24-080 (156mm), K24-150 (226mm).     top of the page   to the previous page
